Who We Are
Four-Mile Village is a privately financed senior living community constructed and managed by the non-profit Boxford Friendship Foundation, Inc.

The Village is located on 37 acres of land at 234 Ipswich Road in Boxford, approximately one-half mile west of Georgetown Road in Boxford, Massachusetts.

The community is made up of 96 units all of which are one level and contain a kitchen, bathroom, dining area, living room, and either one bedroom or one bedroom and den. Four-Mile Village is a non-smoking community with a membership and occupancy eligibility requirement that one occupant of a unit must be 60 years of age or older.
A Hidden Gem
Four-Mile Village is a community of independent residents. Nestled in beautiful Boxford, Massachusetts, the community is convenient to many local amenities including walking trails, farm stands, a town beach and is the home of an annual Apple Festival. With easy access to highways, Boxford is an ideal starting point for many North of Boston excursions!
