Maintenance
A monthly maintenance fee is collected from each unit-owner. The fee provides for costs associated with operating and maintaining Four Mile Village and covers real estate taxes, structural maintenance, property insurance, utilities in the common areas, landscaping, snow plowing, and general administrative services. Residents are each billed separately for electricity, heat and telephone service.
